Kitchen Design:
We can assist you in designing your kitchen so that workflow is maximised which in turn will make the entire kitchen operation more efficient.
Another important aspect of kitchen design is the correct zoning of areas. This requires serious consideration when designing the layout of a kitchen. Different processes need to be separated for the purpose of minimising cross contamination.
It has been the case where some establishments have invested heavily in new kitchens. However on inspection by the EHO the kitchens were deemed to be unsuitable because of incorrect zoning of areas. The result being that the new kitchens had to be changed before they were even used.
